Fun Fact: Did you know that Jared Leto, the actor, and musician is also known for his daring stunts? He's also no stranger to conquering heights in Las Vegas -- Leto is a frequent climber at Red Rock Canyon, and he's actually there with Free Solo star Alex Honnold quite a bit. In fact, Leto said he almost died while climbing Red Rock with Honnold when the rope supporting him began to come apart against a rock.

Honnold is best known for being the only person to ever free solo climb El Capitan in Yosemite National Park. He scaled Yosemite's El Capitan in the 2018 Oscar-winning documentary, “Free Solo”. But now, Jared has climbed something the would surely impress his friend, Alex... The Empire State Building.

Jared Leto has taken his adventurous spirit to new heights, quite literally. In a daring promotional move for the upcoming '30 Seconds to Mars' tour, Leto climbed the iconic Empire State Building. But this isn't the first time Leto has embraced the challenge of climbing.

Soaring high above the bustling streets of New York City, Leto shared his exhilarating experience during a Thursday morning interview with the hosts of TODAY. According to Leto, reaching the pinnacle of the famous tower fulfilled a long-held dream.

In a surprising twist, Leto revealed that during his climb, he made an unexpected stop around the 80th level and discovered his mother there, adding an emotional touch to his already daring feat. As he continued his ascent to the top of the 102-story structure, Leto described the breathtaking views, particularly as the sun began its ascent, painting the city below with warm hues.

This isn't Leto's first foray into daring ascents. The artist has a track record of scaling buildings and navigating challenging rock formations. His penchant for such adventurous endeavors undoubtedly played a role in preparing him for this exhaustive skyscraper milestone.

Suzanne Somers died yesterday (October 15) at age 76. She was, of course, known for acting in hit shows like Three's Company and Step By Step, but she also became ubiquitous thanks to the ThighMaster.

She shared on the Hollywood Raw podcast in 2022 that about 15 million ThighMasters were sold. Somers also noted, "We had partners—50/50—and they got drunk on money when it all started selling. They overspent to the point where they could no longer afford to be in their side of the business so we bought them out. We have 100%."

The Magic Bullet was marketed as the end-all, be-all product you just had to have for your kitchen. It also had one of the strangest infomercials of all time, as examined by Gabi Belle

Proactiv is now readily available in a variety of stores, but it got its start as an "As Seen On TV" product. It's had many celebrity spokespeople/endorsements, including Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Diddy and Kendall Jenner. However, its first celebrity spokesperson was Judith Light.
