Blake Shelton And Gwen Stefani: It ‘Feels Like Christmas’
Blake Shelton and his wife, Gwen Stefani, love Christmas. Gwen shared a sweet video collage of the family getting ready for the holiday on Instagram.
In the video, you can see Gwen get out her porcelain Christmas townhouses, complete with small trees, a cobble walkway, and a cotton bed to act as snow in the lighted village on a table in their home. The video also shows Stefani, Blake, and her boys picking out a Christmas tree at a California tree lot. At one point, after they get the tree and put it in the pickup truck, Blake shouts, “Merry Christmas.” Then, the clip shows Shelton and one of the boys bringing the tree into their home.
The music soundtracking the video is the couple’s duet holiday song “You Make It Feel Like Christmas.” The song is the title cut from Stefani’s 2017 Christmas album.
She captioned the video, “Feels like Christmas at the Shelton home!!”
Many fans reacted to the video, including one fan who wrote, “Gwen is living the cozy life! with one handsome “woobie” #teamworkmakesthedreamwork. Another fan said, “I think u are so adorable. Merry Christmas.” One more fan commented on the accompanying music, “My fav Christmas song next to Mariah.”

A little background on the album You Make It Feel Like Christmas: It was July 2017 when Stefani told fans on her social media that she planned to release new music by the end of the year. During the summer of 2017, she said she spent time at Blake’s Oklahoma farm and was inspired by the animals surrounding her while walking outside on the property. That walk inspired her to record a Christmas album.
On the footnote version of the title song’s music video, Stefani said, “The idea of getting to be a part of people’s holidays through music is one of the greatest gifts. Christmas music lives forever.” She also noted in the video footnotes that the video idea was inspired by the 1960s TV show Bewitched, a show both of them loved as kids. Gwen and Blake co-wrote the song “You Make It Feel Like Christmas.”
