A Fire Delayed a Kane Brown Concert Over the Weekend
We've been saying it for years, Kane Brown is one of the hottest acts in country music these days, and over the weekend it was proven in the strangest of ways -- During his sold out show at Fenway Park, in Boston, on Saturday night a small part of Kane's stage lit on fire! Kane Brown: I'm So Happy! Despite things being a bit dramatic for a moment, fans were given a memorable night and Kane was able to express his gratitude and joy for the support via his Instagram account. If you were lucky enough to go to his show, earlier this year, at T-Mobile Arena you'll probably remember how often this new production uses pyrotechnics! I remember being off to the right side of the stage and at some points being able to feel the heat from the way the show was produced! It was a lot of fun and added a new layer of excitement to Kane's live set. However, at Fenway, things didn't run quite as smoothly as they did here in Las Vegas. A small fire broke out on some of the scaffolding above Kane and his band, most likely caused by the show's pyrotechnics, and the concert had to be paused for a bit while the fire was handled and put out. Thankfully, nobody was injured by the accident. And according to a report by American Songwriter, the blaze only paused the performance for around 10 minutes and Kane and his band were able to take the stage and finish their show. However, American Songwriter did mention that two songs needed to be cut from the set due to time constraints. The funniest part happened after the show wrapped up. Someone working the stadium's PA system decided to have a little fun and played the song "We Didn't Start The Fire" as fans exited the venue.
