Bank Atcharawan, head Sommelier at Lamaii, has been working in the Vegas food and wine scene for the past 20 years. Bank has created a wine list that highlights Riesling, Champagne and Chablis. Head Mixologist, Bia Hawang, has been working in food and beverage industry since 2001 and provides valuable insights when it comes to concocting the perfect drink.

For Small Plates, try the Loui Suan, sauté ground pork, green leaf and Thai herbs wrapped in fresh rice paper. Six pieces of the wrap come on a plate which is the perfect amount for sharing in a pair. – $11
