Morgan Wallen’s Las Vegas concerts will be the stadium show of the summer!

Allegiant Stadium will turn into a two-night party filled with whiskey drinkers, cowboys (cowboy lovers, too), great boots, stunning outfits and amazing energy.

The show will feature country starts that we adore, and we can expect tons of tourists to attend these shows as well. If you’ve never been to a show at Allegiant Stadium then prepare yourself for an experience like no other.

Morgan Wallen’s Las Vegas Concerts: Expect Big Opening Acts

Morgan Wallen’s concert will almost mirror a “mini-festival,” Nate Smith and Ella Langley will perform on both days. On Aug. 8 (the Thursday show). Jelly Roll will also perform. On Aug. 9 (Friday’s show), Bailey Zimmerman will perform.

We LOVE both Nate Smith and Ella Langley. In fact, Nate Smith has been a Coyote Country fan himself, and we’re so happy to see his success grow. We’ve seen his career blossom, and we’re incredibly proud to see him perform at Allegiant Stadium for Morgan Wallen’s Las Vegas concerts.

Jelly Roll will turn Allegiant into a full-on party. Jelly Roll has overtaken country and pop music, his songs are constantly trending on the Billboard Hot 100, and his story is truly inspiring for everyone.

Bailey Zimmerman is country music’s newest breakout star with hits like “Fall In Love,” “A Rock and a Hard Place,” and more being constantly played on country radio. At just 24 years old, he will open for Morgan Wallen on Friday, allowing a global audience to see his raw and unfiltered talent.

Tips To Help Prepare Yourself For A Show At Allegiant Stadium

Allegiant Stadium will require some planning. And proper preparation prevents poor performance! We’ve developed a list of five things that every concert attendee must know before going to a show at Allegiant. So scroll down below and make sure you know what to expect. Be safe, have fun and long live country music!

  • 1. Plan Your Transportation NOW

Allegiant Stadium is very busy, and the Morgan Wallen concert will cause traffic congestion. If you’re a tourist then we recommend taking the RTC Duce Bus. This bus goes northbound and southbound on the Las Vegas Strip. A 24-hour pass is $8, and it stops at most major resorts. The nearest bus stop at Allegiant Stadium is right by the Hacienda Bridge at Mandalay Bay.

Rideshare options may be a good choice when going to the concert. However, we will warn that surge pricing and traffic will be a factor, so make sure to keep these situations in mind. Along with that, leaving the concert may be slightly headache-inducing. My tip is to walk toward Mandalay Bay, kill some time at the resort and then take a rideshare once the post-traffic concert congestion eases up. Plus, it may be fun to hang out at Mandalay Bay, enjoy some drinks or late-night bites at the resort.

If you plan to park at the event then there will be event-price parking at Mandalay Bay that is more expensive then normal rates. Any resort by the stadium will most likely initiate event-price parking. Parking at the stadium requires you to purchase parking passes online prior to the event. During the publishing of this tip list, event parking costs $50. But, it may increase closer to the event. There are also parking spot reselling options available here, and there is another option to park further from the stadium for about $20.

  • 2. Bring A Small Clear Bag

We’ve seen countless people get turned away at the stadium’s security checkpoint due to their bags being too big. We don’t recommend bringing anything except a clear bag. The sizing for non-clear bags is very small, and even a small clutch has the potential to be “too big.”

According to the Allegiant Stadium bag policy statement on the website, “Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.”  There is also bag check available throughout the stadium, but many of these bag check spots get filled to capacity. Items that you can’t bring include, but are not limited to, “purses larger than 4.5” x 6.5” x 2”, coolers, briefcases, diaper bags, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size,” the website states.  Clear Bag Policy at Allegiant Stadium

  • 3. Allegiant Stadium Is A Cashless Venue

Allegiant Stadium is cashless! So prepare to swipe your shiny credit and debit cards. Throughout the venue, refrigerators line across the venue with seltzers, beers, and other canned alcohol options.

These all require credit, debit or mobile pay options. There is food available throughout the venue as well. But, be prepared to pay Las Vegas prices. You can also get cocktails, beers, soft drinks and energy drinks throughout the venue. And trust us, if you’re going to watch the concert from start to finish, you may need a beverage or two. For food, there are BBQ spots, taco places, chicken joints, pizza and other “game-day like” food throughout the stadium. No outside food or liquids are allowed inside of the venue. We also recommend taking a look at the list of prohibited items below.

  • 4. Know The Concert Schedule

Morgan Wallen will be the last to perform. So, if you expect the concert to start at 6 p.m., well Morgan probably won’t go on until closer to 9 p.m. or later. Wallen has two supporting acts that will perform on Thursday and Friday: Ella Langley and Nate Smith. On Thursday, Jelly Roll will perform after the two supporting acts. On Thursday, Bailey Zimmerman will perform instead of Jelly Roll.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and the show “starts” at 6 p.m. Opening acts are always fun, and it will electrify the stadium. But, if you’re going only to see Morgan Wallen then prepare his performance to start late. If you’re looking for something to do then we are hosting the official After Party on both concert days at the Foundation Room. It’s FREE with RSVP. Plus, the Foundation Room is a stunning rooftop bar at Mandalay Bay, so it’s a short walk away from Allegiant Stadium.

  • 5. Snag Last-Minute Tickets, Mobile Ticket Information

Allegiant Stadium has its own mobile ticketing app called the “Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App.” This is where your mobile tickets will be located. Be sure to download the tickets to your mobile wallet in case service is poor at the stadium. It’s available for both IOS and Andriod mobile devices, and we recommend checking on the tickets a day or two before the show just in case. There’s nothing worse than getting to the venue and dealing with technical issues with your tickets.

For last-minute tickets, there are tickets available on Ticketmaster, but many of the tickets have obstructed view seating, so prepare for that. There are some tickets being resold on Vivid Seats. But just be cautious when buying tickets from a third-party reseller. I’ve purchased tickets on Vivid Seats for Daddy Yankee’s concert at T-Mobile Arena, and I didn’t have a problem.
