Don’t Drive Your Ford Explorer Until You Read This
Ford is recalling more than 774,000 Explorers because of problems with their rear suspension.
The company says the popular SUVs were manufactured with a faulty cross-axis ball joint, which can cause a link in the rear suspension to break — which can affect a driver’s control over the vehicle.
If your Explorer is making a “clunking” noise, the wheels feel misaligned or you’re having trouble staying between the lines, the company says you should bring it to a dealership to have it repaired.
How many times in your life has something you purchased been recalled?
