Las Vegas Welcomes Culinary Boom: Exciting New Dining Spots Set To Open by 2025
Several restaurants with savory meat-focused cuisines will debut across Las Vegas in 2025 as the city expands its dining scene. Here’s what to anticipate for the new year:
A new food hall called Miracle Eats will open soon at the Miracle Mile Shops, featuring seven restaurants, including Tacotarian and Carnegie Pizza, according to a press release from the shopping center.
The Venetian plans to open Via Via food hall by summer, showcasing various vendors, including All’Antico Vinaio, a Florentine sandwich shop that is world famous, the casino-hotel’s website states. The food hall will bring West Coast favorites along with fan-favorite East Coast eateries.
The former Barneys location will become Cote Vegas, introducing New York City’s Michelin-starred Korean BBQ to the West. At Resorts World, Happy Lamb will debut its first North American fine dining concept, the Copper Sun Hot Pot and Grill.
Fontainebleau welcomes Mexican seafood with Cantina Contramar ked by check Gabriela Cámara. At the Collective on Paradise Road, the EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine team will launch Braseria in the first quarter of 2025, combining Spanish and French brasseries.
Hawaiian food options in Vegas expand as Zippy’s opens its second location at 4590 S. Hualapai Way in early 2025. The original award-winning Thai cuisine from Lotus of Siam will return to the Commercial Center, expanding its space to 19,000 square feet and filling it with nostalgia and history, Channel 3 reports.
After spending ten years at the Sahara, Bazaar Meat by chef José Andrés will relocate to the Palazzo Tower of The Venetian, Eater Vegas reports. Andrés will also bring Zaytinya, his Mediterranean restaurant fusing Greek, Lebanese, and Turkish cuisine, to the Forum Shops at Caesars.
Arty’s Steakhouse at 953 E. Sahara Avenue combines art galleries, a coffee bar, and live entertainment with dining. According to the website, Arty’s Steakhouse will be located in the former Cue Club space at the Historic Commercial Center. The eatery will be “re-imagined with a huge bar ledge built off the old billiards club’s handrails that wraps around the entire room. Two full bars (one serving local coffee and the other with full gaming), live artist galleries and studios, a private dining area, and a small stage for live entertainment . . .”
Netflix jumps into the food scene with a new pop-up called Netflix Bites at MGM Grand in early 2025. This immersive dining experience will draw fans into the magic of Netflix storytelling with delectable foods.
