Las Vegas: Top Golfing Destination For Bachelor Parties
Wedding season will soon be here. And ahead of that, many best men are looking forward to celebrating the groom with a bachelor party. While some people may seek out the vibes of The Hangover movie and strippers, others are opting for something a little more relaxed. LawnStarter ranked this year’s best bachelor party destinations for golfers.
They compared the 200 biggest U.S. cities based on three categories. These categories include play, stay, and party. More specifically, they factored in golfer-friendliness, bachelor party-friendliness, and hangover cure index, among 12 total metrics.
Las Vegas steals the show as top golfing destination for bachelor parties!
With an overall score of 62.36 out of 100, Las Vegas tops the list. They were highlighted in the ranking for the Wynn Golf Club and Shadow Creek Golf Course. They said that these two golf courses are “the most premium golf courses in the country” and are “can’t-miss experiences.” As a heads up, they do note that Wynn Golf Club and Shadow Creek Golf Course carry a hefty price tag. If you’re looking for something a bit easier on the wallet, they suggest trying Bali Hai Golf Club.
Also highlighted is the city’s Topgolf facility. It has two pools and a movie theater-sized screen for watching sports. Las Vegas scored high marks all around, especially in the party in play categories.
Following behind Las Vegas is Orlando, Florida. They earned their spot in the ranking for scoring high in the stay-and-play category. Wrapping up the top 3 is Houston, which is highlighted for its unique golf experiences.
If you’re not quite convinced about a golf outing for a bachelor party, then Wedding Forward, offered some suggestions. They recommend going on a brewery tour, doing an escape room challenge, going somewhere warm, and renting a boat, mudding, paintball, among other activities.

The great Arnold Palmer is credited as saying “Golf is deceptively simple and endlessly complicated.” So true. It’s a game that can at times take you to the highest of highs and the lowest of lows…all while playing just one hole. For some golfers, there’s nothing like hearing the sound of the driver hitting the ball just right and then seeing it in flight down the middle of the fairway. For others, it’s the moment when your putt turns ever so slightly to the left and drops soundly into the cup. Magical moments indeed for golfers.
Like you, we know that any day on the golf course is a perfect day. To help you make the most of your time on and away from the course, we’ve uncovered 12 Must Haves that golfers of any age are simply must-see. From autographed Masters memorabilia to clothing collections that will have you dressing like a pro, these finds will help you show your love of the game.
