Travis Kelce Is ‘Disappointed’ He Didn’t Get To Meet Taylor Swift
Travis Kelce is just like the rest of us Swifties. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end attended Taylor Swift‘s The Eras Tour earlier this month at Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri.
If you follow Kelce on social media, then you know he’s a very outgoing and charismatic man. Kelce let it all out on a recent episode of New Heights. He co-hosts the show with brother and Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce.
Kelce expressed that he was “disappointed,” but not for reasons you may think following a concert. Not because the show wasn’t great; it was because he didn’t get to meet Swift. All we have to say is, get in line, buddy.
Together the NFL brothers discussed everything from football to friendship bracelets. If you’ve attended The Eras Tour then we’re sure you have one. Or, you might have twenty!
Travis let his brother and podcast listeners know he received friendship bracelets at the concert. How many? He said he had a “bunch of them.” It wasn’t enough for him because he had hoped to gift Ms. Swift one earlier in the night.
The 33-year-old had a friendship bracelet with his number ready to go. Jason joked that it was his jersey number and Travis replied by saying, “You know which one,” while showing off his signature smile to the camera.
Although he took it personally that Swift didn’t want to meet him in any era that night, the Kelce brothers got a good laugh out of it. Kelce may have won the Super Bowl this year but he has yet to win over Swift’s heart.
Jason made a good point in saying the “Cruel Summer” singer probably didn’t reach out because she’s still disappointed over the Eagles’ loss back in February. We give Travis credit though for speaking up.
