If you or someone you know could use a break from screens and could use $2,400, this contest might be for you.

Reviews.org is accepting applications for their "24-Hour Digital Detox Challenge" which will pay someone $2,400 to "disconnect from all personal technology (emergencies excluded) for 24 hours." This means no cell phones, no television, no video games of any kind, no computers/laptops, no tablets, no smartwatches/wearable devices and no smart home technology, including smart speakers and smart vacuums.

To help prevent any temptation to use various devices, the chosen "2021 Digital Detox Challenger" will be given a safe to store their devices for 24 hours. Additionally, the "Challenger" will be given a $200 Amazon gift card "to put together a tech-less survival kit." Suggested items to pick up include board games, books, art supplies and even "a typewriter to replace your laptop."

To earn the $2,400, the "Challenger" will have to provide feedback on their experience and will need to submit screen time reports for applicable devices to prove they accomplished the challenge.

For complete details, head over to Reviews.org. Applications must be submitted by March 26 at 7 PM EST/4 PM PST.
