Billy Ray Cyrus, who will appear during tonight’s MTV VMA Awards where he’s nominated in 8 categories, is still celebrating “Old Town Road,” which enjoyed 19 weeks on top of the Billboard Hot 100 and also made former President Barack Obama’s summer 2019 playlist.
