Faith Hill’s Jaw Drops For Mongolian George Strait

On the premiere of CBS’s “The World’s Best” right after the Super Bowl last night, one particular singer really made a mark by singing George Strait’s “Amarillo By Morning.” The Mongolian singer’s name is Enkh Erdene and he does not speak a stitch of English.

Faith Hill is a judge on the brand-new CBS show along with Drew Barrymore and RuPaul, and could not believe what she just heard after Enkh finished his performance of the King of Country Music’s chart-topper.

Faith said in astonishment after the performance, “I’m really speechless. You picked one of the most classic country songs by one of the greatest country singers of our lifetime and you blew me away and I’m the biggest George Strait fan.”

“The World’s Best,” featuring Faith Hill as a judge, will air on Wednesday nights on CBS at 8 PM ET.
