As you know, Hillary recently gave birth to twins, and as you can imagine, she's had a few near sleepless nights since then.
In a recent photograph shared on Instagram, Scott adds an all too hilarious yet true caption to compliment the photo. She starts out by wondering if she was laughing in the photo, crying, asleep, or awake.
