It is with a heavy heart that we say bye to Jeff & Aimee In The Morning, their final show was Friday, June 3rd, 2022.

It is hard to believe that the day has come that our show says goodbye to our Coyote Country family.  The truth is, the business of radio is an amazing one that also comes with its struggles, this being one of them.

You will be happy to know that both Jeff and Aimee will be off to new adventures with our parent company, Beasley Media Group, so we will continue to make people laugh, just not with each other.  Aimee will be continuing her work here in Las Vegas and Jeff will be moving on June 11th with his wife, Emily, and their dog, Pirate, to a new city for a great opportunity.

From Jeff:

I moved to this city on my own in 2018, not a single friend in this town except Shawn Stevens and Aimee, my soon-to-be-boss and my new cohost. I was nervous, it was a huge leap but this city, the people, couldn’t have made me feel more welcome. The thought of leaving Las Vegas truly breaks my heart. I met my wife here, I found my dog here, we built a house here, but this is the reality of what we do for a living.

I cannot thank my cohost, Aimee, enough for making me laugh and smile every single day. The thought of not doing a morning show with you is one that I truly cannot grasp because you have become one of my closest friends but I know, even without a show together, we will continue to be a huge part of each other’s lives.

To Shawn Stevens, thank you for taking a chance on me for this amazing opportunity, it truly changed my life. I will always be eternally grateful for what you’ve done for me and will never forget the many lessons you taught me.

I most importantly want to thank my wife, Emily. This has been a very trying time to begin a marriage but I appreciate your patience and understanding and I cannot wait to go on an adventure with you.

To our listeners, Text Family, and friends, thank you for listening in Las Vegas for these last four years. Aimee always says “without you, there is no us” and that is very true. If you wish to continue to follow my journey, feel free to follow me on Twitter or Instagram, I will be announcing the next big adventure soon!

From Aimee:

To Coyote Country, the most committed and amazing listeners in Las Vegas, we love you and will never forget the memories we have shared together over the last 4+ years. From concerts to babies, dogs, and weddings, too many tears and laughs to count. Thank you for welcoming us into your homes, cars, and lives with semi-open arms. Ya’ll don’t just let anyone into Coyote Country, we learned that, and we respect it!
Jeff, you know how much I love you. You are one of my most favorite people in the world and there will not be one day that I don’t miss you. I’m sorry though, that you will still be just a phone call away from my dumb questions about maps, math, and government.
What type of arranged marriage has to get an arranged divorce? Did we have a prenup? You can have Mack.
This is absolutely not goodbye this is just a see ya later!
