107.9 Coyote Country, MuttNation and the Nevada SPCA (Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) are committed to helping shelter animals get adopted to their forever homes.

Animals are lifetime responsibilities that require love, attention and care. We want to shine a light on these precious animals who deserve to be treated with the upmost respect. Animals show us unconditional love and it’s our turn to return the love.

Who is MuttNation?

MuttNation Foundation

MuttNation is a philanthropic organization that champions for sheltered pets to get adopted while also urging owners to keep their pets up-to-date on spaying and neutering. Mutt Nation provides assistance for many shelters throughout the United States with monetary and direct support. They also facilitate transportation services during crisis and unforeseen circumstances.

Their love for pets run deep as educating the public on the importance of these needs is their number one focus. Getting involved locally and nationally is crucial to saving these animals lives. The charitable foundation helps with animal adoption and fundraising events, communicating with the national pet transport network and working with vetted shelters in cities across the country.

We do want to point out that MuttNation is not a physical shelter and they do not take animals or help place them.

MuttNation was created in 2009 by none other than Country icon, Miranda Lambert and her wonderful mother, Bev Lambert.
