Golden Knights Reveal Henderson ‘Silver Knights’ AHL Affiliate Team
The Vegas Golden Knights last night announced their AHL affiliate team name the Henderson ‘Silver Knights.’
The AHL affiliate minor-league team plays at the Orleans Arena starting the 2021-22 season. Then, during the 2022-23 season, it relocates to its new arena that’s under construction at the heart of Water Street in Henderson.
Henderson and the new 6,000 seat arena will serve as the permanent home of the “Silver Knights.”
“Today is a momentous day for our organization, the City of Henderson and the entire Southern Nevada community. After years of planning and preparation, we finally get to welcome the Henderson Silver Knights home,” said Henderson Silver Knights owner Bill Foley, in a press release.
Foley also announced that tickets start at $10 a ticket.
