This list will start from the most expensive spots to the least. From specialty tequila bars located Downtown to locally loved restaurants, this list will satisfy any craving for margaritas in Las Vegas.
5. Toca Madera located inside of ARIA Resort & Casino $$$$
Toca Madera is a swanky Mexican restaurant that has a "strong focus on pairing its bold flavors with the highest quality, sustainable and organic ingredients." It's fancy and expensive. But, the food is tasty and the drinks are delicious.
Along with the beautiful food and small plates, the margarita menu is expansive and innovative. This is a great place to enjoy a margarita in Las Vegas.
Some of the margarita variations include a Oaxacan margarita; which is mezcal, lime, agave, tajín, a guava margarita; which is flecha azul blanco, cointreau, guava, thyme, lime, a passion fruit margarita; which is reposado tequila, passion fruit, lime, agave, and the noble margarita; which is blanco tequila, house spice blend, jalapeño, cilantro, salers gentiane, lime, agave.

4. Ghost Donkey Inside The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas $$$
Pushing the boundaries of flavor and tradition, Ghost Donkey is another eclectic spot inside of the Cosmopolitan that will take your Cinco De Mayo experience to another level. It's a hidden bar that will take a little navigating to find. To locate this bar, you'll need to go toward the Block 16 Urban Food Hall. Once you enter the food hall, go toward the inside of the food hall and try to locate the green exit sign.
Once you spot this sign, you should see a single inconspicuous door with a donkey on it. Once you see this door then you've arrived at this hidden bar! Push open the door, and a neon playground of mezcals and other tequilas should welcome you.
The bar is stocked with a unique selection of mezcals from different regions of Mexico. They have light tapas like truffle nachos, queso fundido, mole chicken nachos and a few other small plate options.
The highlight of this bar is the innovative cocktails, which include margaritas.
You can get a flight of margaritas (or even try their other cocktails). Ghost Donkey has a frozen margarita, a watermelon basil margarita and a wide variety of other tequilas that can be used to make other margarita pairings.
The Smoked Corn & Coconut Manhattan is a divine concoction of sierra norte purple corn oaxacan whiskey, veras joven mezcal, clement mahina coconut, punt e mes vermouth, and mole bitters 18.
3. Mezcla - Latin American Spirits Bar $$
Nestled in the heart of the Arts District, Mezcla is a wonderful spot to indulge in gorgeous mezcal margaritas in Las Vegas and some fresh ceviche.
The mezcal selection is expansive, and the small bar has innovative cocktails. One time, I had a strawberry and cream margarita. I'm not too sure if they still have it. But if they do, you NEED to try it. The "affogato" is coffee-infused tequila (made in house) that gets poured over rich vanilla ice cream.
You can get a classic margarita. But, why not try an exquisite margarita such as the prickly pear margarita or the guayaba picante made from mezcal.
The fresh ceviche is mouth watering to say the least. The fish is always fresh and perfectly salted and acidic -- just how ceviche should be.
The shrimp and pineapple ceviche is a great option. But, Mexcla has other types of ceviche, and the bar even has poke nachos, shrimp cocktails and in-season oysters.
Check out this hidden gem located at 197 E California Ave Unit 110, Las Vegas, NV 89104.
2. La Mojarra Loca Grill $$
This is a true Las Vegas spot. If you love mariscos (Mexican seafood) and good classic margaritas then this is your spot. This will possibly be the best and busiest place to be during Cinco de Mayo.
The place is always busy and bustling with music, voices and clattering of plates. You can't help but feel warm and happy when you're enjoying an iced-cold margarita while scarfing down shrimp cocktails or some meat from a molcajete.
If you're coming here for Cinco de Mayo in Las Vegas then be prepared for a long wait time if you haven't booked reservations. But, La Mojarra is another great spot for margaritas in Las Vegas. So, we definitely recommend checking this place out.
Located at 2797 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89109, this is a fun hangout spot with the family. The food is delicious and there are dishes for any type of seafood, meat or veggie lover.
They have a plethora of classic margaritas and frozen margaritas that range in flavors. But, they also have specialty cocktails like a horchata margarita, a cucumber margarita, a wild berry margarita and so much more.
1. Fremont Street Experience
Now you may be thinking, "wait Fremont Street?" Well, Fremont Street has some of the cheapest drinks in Vegas and will still provide you with a fun party atmosphere that will be the perfect place to get margaritas in Las Vegas. The secret is to go inside to one of the casinos like 4 Queens, Binion's, Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, The California Hotel & Casino, etc.
But on top of the overall affordability of bars on Fremont, the iconic street will be hosting a "Drinko de Mayo" event that's free!
The festival will have live music that ranges from mariachi, merengue, salsa, banda and more! The festival is on May 5 and it starts at noon. Take a quick trip downtown and enjoy the festivities of the iconic Fremont Street.
You can also check out Nacho Daddy, which is right outside the entrance of Fremont Street. This will also be a great option if you're looking for American-Mexican food with some classic margaritas in Las Vegas that are little bit more "buttoned up" in comparison to the other margarita options you may get on Fremont. So be safe and let's have a great time celebrating Cinco de Mayo in Las Vegas!

A Dulce de Leche Latte and a Guava Agua Fresca

Two refreshing drinks for a mid-day pick-me-up!
On the left is a Dulce de Leche latte. This is a latte made with milk and a sweetened caramelized milk syrup. It's sweet and creamy from the caramelized milk syrup, which adds that dulce de leche flavor.
Dulce de Leche is a popular caramel sauce that's thick and rich, it's basically a caramel sauce that's used in a plethora of sweets across Latin America and Europe. Next to the latte is a guava fresca. This is an infused guava drink with a water base. It's tangy, slightly acidic and sweet. This would pair perfectly with a shot of tequila. But, it's perfectly refreshing to drink this guava fresca by itself. It's a great drink to go with any of the meals at Milpa.
Arbol Potatoes

Crispy roasted potatoes tossed in arbol salsa.
These Arbol potatoes are the perfect side dish to any of the fresh entrees at Milpa. They're perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They have a perfect satisfying crunch that explodes with flavor. Delicious, comforting and warm, the Arbol potatoes are a must-try item on the menu.
Everyone's arbol salsa recipe is different. But the main star of the salsa is the "chile de árbol" also translated to arbol peppers. These peppers have different layers of flavor that are earthy and nutty. According to Vera Mexicana, an online Mexican goods retailer, "Árbol chilies are widely used for their sharp acidic heat rounded out by natural almost nutty side notes. . . The drying process really enhances the secondary flavors, adding a complexity not often found in spicy chilies."
This beautiful arbol-infused flavor on top of the potatoes create a harmonious dish that just makes you happy.
Guava Horchata

The refreshing guava juice sits on top of the milky horchata drink,
The guava horchata is another drink you can order at Milpa. Horchata, a Mexican rice and milk drink, is poured into an icy glass. The guava juice is then added on top of the milky horchata.
Horchata usually has a creamy, cinnamon-like flavor that's sweet and milky. It pairs perfectly with the sour guava juice because the combination of sweet and sour work well together. This would be another refreshing drink to enjoy during a scorching-hot summer day.
