Fireworks in Las Vegas are not an unusual thing. But now you can see them every weekend.

Fireworks Downtown Every Weekend This Summer In Las Vegas

The Plaza in Downtown Las Vegas is takin a cue from Disneyland. Every Friday night in Las Vegas they will have you looking to the sky - and not just at the Fremont Street canopy.

A live fireworks celebration will take over the downtown skies in Las Vegas every Friday, throughout the summer. It's all a part of their Welcome to the Weekend fireworks series.

The spectacle will be shot from the Plaza’s towers, which will be visible to the thousands of tourists and locals hanging out in Downtown Las Vegas, every Friday night. Guests at The Plaza can join a viewing party on the deck of their rooftop pool. And each week a special guest will push the ignite button on the big TNT box.

The Plaza does a great fireworks show every New Years Eve. Plaza CEO Jonathon Jossel said in a news release, "This summer, we wanted to celebrate and give a gift to everyone downtown by sharing the excitement and fun of our fireworks shows with them every Friday night.”

Fireworks At The Plaza Las Vegas Start Flying Memorial Day Weekend

The shows start on May 24 for Memorial Day weekend, and they will end on August 30, for Labor Day weekend. The fireworks will last a few minutes, and just add to the already party-like atmosphere.

Circa owner Derek Steven is downtown Las Vegas's biggest cheerleader, and he is very excited about the summer light shows. He thinks it is just another reason for locals and tourists to head downtown, and have some real Las Vegas fun! Circa has their Legacy Club, which would also be a great place to watch the fireworks.

The shows are dependent upon the weather, of course, so  check The Plaza's social media for updates.
