Brad Paisley released a new song from his forthcoming album, Son of The Mountains. The album, his first for UMG, should be out later this year. The new song is called "So Many Summers."

Brad posted about the new song on Instagram, writing, "Swing for the fence. Watch all the bobbers. Play the songs on ten. After all, you only get #SoManySummers."

Fans were thrilled with the new song as one commented on the post, "I love listening to your songs... They are far beyond my expectations. Thank you for being part of my musical preferences!!!!" Another fan said, "Hell yes!!!! Your songs bring me so much comfort." One more fan wrote, "It was time for a new song, and it sounds awesome!"

See that post here.

Paisley will perform the new song and several of his hits for television audiences as part of his appearance on the Today Show's Summer Concert Series on Friday, July 14.

On July 5, Brad, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, and Zanies will present a sold out "Groceries with Dignity & Comedy Without" at Zanies in Nashville. The evening will be a night of improv with Paisley, Saturday Night Live alum and comedian Kevin Nealon, and Nate Bargatze. Proceeds from the event will go to The Store.

Brad will headline "Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4," presented by Dr. Pepper and the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. The Nashville downtown event will present one of the country's largest July 4th fireworks shows. The show will be synchronized to live music from the Nashville Symphony.

The concert and fireworks show is free and open to the public. This is the second time Brad will headline "Let Freedom Sing!" His last appearance was in 2021.

Paisley will be joined on the Jack Daniels Broadway Stage by a multi-genre lineup that includes The War And Treaty, singer-songwriter Langhorne Slim and rising country artist Tiera Kennedy, who will also perform the national anthem.

Brad Paisley has been a staple in country music since his 1999 debut. As a brand new artist, he immediately embraced the Grand Ole Opry, making friends with many of the Opry legends, including Little Jimmy Dickens and many more.

Brad has continued to embrace the Opry over the years, having been made a member of the Opry family in 2001 and read a letter that George Jones wrote to him to the crowd that very night, just two years since his musical debut in Nashville.

Having toured extensively throughout his career (Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift started off their touring life opening for Paisley), he just recently (2022) made his first trip to Australia to perform for the fans down under.

Brad was the CMA Awards show host for many years along with his friend Carrie Underwood and had a comedy special that he hosted in 2017 and can be streamed on Netflix.

As Paisley celebrates his 50th birthday today (10/28), we honor him with what we believe are his 20 best songs to date.
