Luke Bryan was rehearsing for his "Country On Tour" in the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville during CMA Fest week. He had some of his people go out into the street, which was full of CMA Fest fans from all over the world, and gather about 30 of them inside for something unique. The fans did not know what or who to expect, and then Luke appeared. When he entered the room, he said, "Alright, you all ready?" The fans erupted into cheers and screams.
Bryan then sang his new song "Beer In My Hand" for the intimate crowd, walking around meeting the fans and taking selfies with them. Luke posted a video clip of what happened on Instagram; he captioned the post, "I've always wanted to do that. Anything can happen at #CMAfest! #BeerInMyHand."
Several fans reacted to the post. One wrote, "That must have been so exciting for fans!!" Another die-hard commented, "I would have died. I love Luke." One more fan said, "This is so cool, @lukebryan. I wish I had been there!! You're awesome."

Bryan recently announced his fourteenth "Farm Tour" this September during a break from his "Country On Tour" launching June 15. The Georgia native will set up stages in the fields of local farms from September 14-23, 2023. Special guests will be announced at a later time.
Luke said in a statement, "One of the reasons we created these Farm Tour shows – to bring the big-city tour to the people. These nights are one-of-a-kind, and we really enjoy getting to know the farmers and their families. We love the whole atmosphere of playing on these incredible farms and watching entire communities come together and get excited about these shows."
Bryan recently talked about how his Farm Tour has grown. He said, "The Farm Tour has grown throughout the years, and the fact that we can set a stage up in a hayfield or some kind of field and people flock to it is what I envisioned when I created Farm Tour, and to obviously help some kids with scholarships and stuff like that. But the Farm Tour has grown every year, and it's always something we look forward to. It's really an exciting time to be able to just be out on a farm on a Fall night."

Miranda was presented with a gold record for her Crazy Ex-Girlfriend album just before she spoke to the press in 2008 at CMA Fest. She reacted, "The fans are what gives me a job. And besides a job, which I have a great job, they give me an album of the year (2008 ACM for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend) and a gold record."
Later in the same interview, Lambert said, "People want to know you, and they want to know what you're about. I just really am who I am, and what you see is what you get, and I think that's why I have such a good relationship with my fans and why they support me so much."

In 2014, Little Big Town hosted CMA Fest for an ABC television special and had to interview fellow artists for the spcial. Backstage before they performed on the main stage that night, Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman said they got a little starry-eyed interviewing one artist in particular. Karen said, "They asked us to interview some of our friends, and Kimberly and I interviewed Tim McGraw, and we turned into two ten-year-old girls. It's like we had never spoken to anyone before." Kimberly added, "That was one of my most embarrassing moments. It was awful. I felt like an idiot."

In 2015, back when he was partnered with Brian Kelley in Florida Georgia Line, Tyler told us backstage before they performed, "Our fans are changing our life. They are very passionate and loyal, and on weeks like this, we get to give back. We are always going one hundred and ten miles an hour where we can't spend time with them, so it's a good week for us; we enjoy it for sure."

Urban said, "Well, number one for the fans who come from all over the world to be here, and it's an amazing week for them.
