Kathy Griffin's 8-Hour Panic Attacks Due to Complex PTSD

Comedian Kathy Griffin recently took to TikTok to share her struggles with panic attacks and complex PTSD. In a video she posted over the weekend, she revealed that she had an eight-hour panic attack, which left her writhing in pain in bed. "I just keep telling myself it won't last forever," she said.

Griffin went on to admit that she used to think PTSD was something only veterans experienced. However, she now realizes that it can affect anyone who has experienced trauma. She also hinted that her struggles with panic attacks and PTSD began around 5 ½ years ago, likely referencing the backlash she faced after posing for a controversial photo with a replica of former President Donald Trump's bloodied head.

Dealing with panic attacks can be an incredibly challenging experience. If you've ever had a panic attack, you know just how overwhelming and debilitating they can be. It's important to remember that you're not alone in this experience, and there are resources available to help you cope.

So, have you ever experienced a panic attack? What was it like for you?
