Former Game Of Thrones star Emilia Clarke is in final negotiations to join Marvel Studios’ Secret Invasion, an upcoming original series quickly coming together at Disney+, Variety reports.

Clarke's headlining role is under wraps, but this marks her debut into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She joins Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Kingsley Ben-Adir, and Olivia Colman.

Secret Invasion uses the events of Marvel’s Captain Marvel movie as a jumping-off point and focuses on agent Nick Fury, played by Jackson, and a shapeshifter from the alien race known as the Skrull named Talos, played by Ben Mendelsohn, also reprising his role from Captain Marvel. Ben-Adir has been set as the a main villain, while it is unclear who Colman would play.

The series is said to follow a group of Skrulls who have been infiltrating Earth for years.
