1. Apostle
Apostle takes place in 1905 and tells the tale of a drifter desperately trying to save his kidnapped sister. On his journey, the drifter finds out that she’s being held captive by a cult on a remote island. Once the drifter gets to the island, he soon finds out the horrors the await him.
2. House Of 1000 Corpses
House Of 1000 Corpses was filmed and directed by rockstar Rob Zombie. With Rob Zombie being the mastermind, you know the film will have the perfect blend of suspense, horror and gore. The film follows the story of two young couples that get held as prisoners by a sadistic serial killer family from Texas.
3. 1922
1922 is based on the novel written by Stephen King. A husband persuades his teenage son in helping him kill his wife for purely financial benefits. However, they soon find out their actions comes back to haunt and drives them to insanity.
4. Poltergeist
Netflix is bringing back this Horror classic for Halloween! Steven Spielberg’s Poltergeist follows the story of a family haunted by demonic ghosts. This international Spanish Horror flick is something different for adrenaline seekers. The Platform looks at the nightmarish reality for prisoners in a vertical prison. Each level is one prison cell with two people trapped in it. With only two minutes a day to eat the prisoners fight for survival and look for a way out.
