To Die For Carrot Cake
I am the type of person that shares hundreds of recipes on Facebook with all intentions to make them. The problem is I NEVER do.
Now that we are in quarantine and practicing social distancing, I have made it a point to go back and make the recipes I looked so forward to trying over the years.
Friday night’s recipe was carrot cake. I have never made carrot cake or frosting from scratch and it was easier and so much better than I thought! Check it out here
A few things to make sure it’s perfect…
- Use fresh carrots and shred them yourself.
- Use the apple sauce like the recipe suggests.
- I added an extra teaspoon of vanilla extract.
