Little Big Town's Jimi Westbrook had a chance encounter with Sir Paul McCartney a few years back and as he told us, it was one to remember.

Jimi explains, "I got to see Paul in the gym one day when I was working out. And I'd seen him like two or three mornings in a row at the same time. And yes, I was planning my workout time because of that. And I wanted to just say, 'Hey, we're a harmony band.' We were influenced by this and we had this awesome conversation. He was like, 'Oh, that's so cool.' He was like, 'What was your band's name?' And I was like, 'Little Big Town.' He was like, 'Great: Little Big Sound. I'll look it up' and he turned around."

He laughs, "I was like, wow, come back... Oh, my gosh I didn't even correct him and I was like, oh, maybe there's a band called Little Big Sound out there now, you know? Yeah, he went and looked for a Little Big Sound."

Karen Fairchild added, "Elijah (their son) was so little. Elijah would be in the pool and Paul would be doing yoga standing on his head for five minutes and Paul had spoken to Elijah. We said that was a Beatle and he was like he was a Beatle. And I was like, yeah, he's in a band called The Beatles."
