Vegas Golden Knights Score A Documentary About Its Unforgettable Inaugural Season
Hockey’s memorable Cinderella story is now getting a documentary about the inaugural season of our Vegas Golden Knights!
The documentary entitled Valiant, is produced by NHL Productions, Sterling Productions and Osmosis Films.
It showcases interviews with Golden Knight players like Ryan Reaves, Jonathan Marchessault and William “Wild Bill” Karlsson.
Unfortunately, there’s still no word on a release date.
The Vegas Golden Knights faced incredible criticism from fans and sports commentators alike saying that “hockey in the desert wouldn’t work.”
Most of the team was built on players that hardly impacted the entire NHL. The city of Las Vegas and the team’s players rallied together to showcase an unforgettable season and playoff-run.
Valiant, will dig deep of what the city and the Vegas Golden Knights went through after the tragedy of 1 October.
The documentary is directed by Cruz Angeles. He’s produced an ESPN 30-For-30 documentary entitled Fernando Nation, and HBO Films’ Don’t Let Me Drown.
However, Valiant is still looking for a distributor, according to Deadline.com.
