Jeff dove deep into some of the items you NEED in your workshop to make it perfect. The last one is great if you’re just getting started, so cool.
1) Husky Extra Deep 46 in. 9-Drawer Mobile Workbench
As you can see in the video above, this is a Must Have and something Jeff has for his workshop. Sure, at $620, it’s a little steep price-wise but it’s the perfect centerpiece for a workshop!
2) Ryobi P742 18V Cordless Compact AM/FM Radio w/Wireless Bluetooth Technology
Jeff just recently added this item to his workshop! It’s a sick little speaker, great volume, enough to go over your loud power tools plus it’s a RADIO!! So get yours, tune it to 102.7 and get working. Pretty awesome.
3) DEWENWILS Retractable Extension Cord Reel
Sounds like it isn’t terribly necessary at first, right? “Well, I already have an extension cord.” But more cords mean more mess. Simplify it all with this retractable cord!
4) WORKSHOP Wet Dry Vac
The truth is cleanup is EVERYTHING when it comes to working in the workshop. Always leave at least thirty minutes to clean it all up, you don’t want the loved one coming home and finding DUST everywhere, not cool. This vacuum will clean it up for you and perfect for your workshop.
5) DEWALT Random Orbit Sander
At some point in most projects, sanding is needed. It’s some workers’ LEAST favorite step but it’s super important! This sander Jeff has been using for years and has never failed him. Corded isn’t an issue if you purchase item number 3 😉
6) Ryobi P320 Airstrike 18 Volt One+ Lithium Ion Cordless Brad Nailer
The number of times this product has SAVED a project, can’t even begin to explain. Don’t cheap out on a nailer, they are vital to completing projects properly. With that being said, not every nailer needs a MASSIVE air compressor along with it. This one is compact using Ryobi’s batteries!
7) Ryobi P238 18V One+ Brushless 1/4 2,000 Inch Pound, 3,100 RPM Cordless Impact
Impact drivers are the drills that nobody THINKS they need until they do. Of course, you’ve got your normal drills, they get the job done but if you are building, let’s say a shelf with big 2×4’s, you need more power. To get some screws through that wood, you really need some power. HERE YA GO. Trust it because it works. And uses the same batteries as some of the above items!
8) Massca Hardware Box Storage
Organization is EVERYTHING and you have no idea how many screws, nails, nuts, and bolts you’ll just end up within your shop after all of your projects. Keep it organized!
9) REXBETI 217-Piece Household Tool Kit
And ending with a more basic purchase, but if you don’t have a solid set of tools and you’re rummaging through an old hand-me-down toolbox, upgrade and get everything branded together. It’s a great feeling to have everything clean and organized.
