Don’t get too excited – The Claus’s are not selling, or even entertaining visitors, but Zillow has updated the price estimate for Santa and Mrs. Claus’ North Pole home. The estate is valued at $1.2million! The single-family home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a little more than 2,000 square feet. Of course “sled parking” is available, and the home also boasts a gift-wrapping room, winter wonderland views, and even a new roof. The condition of the home is listed as “festive.” (so clever)
Zillow’s listing describes Santa’s pad as:
The open-concept living room boasts a grand hearth, adorned with stockings hung by the chimney with care.
