Tigirlily Gold took over the Rockstars of Tomorrow venue on Friday.
Shawn Stevens and the Coyote Crew had a great time with listeners and the two powerhouse vocals behind Tigirlily Gold, Krista and Kendra.
Krista and Kendra stopped by the studio about a year ago, and we’ve seen their growth ever since. Since stopping by the radio station as part of their radio promo tour, they’ve produced hit records and have been sprouting with success.
The duo performed at the Rockstars of Tomorrow Music School, giving the crowd a beautiful acoustic set.
Prior to the girls’ performance, we had a special opening act from one of the star students at Rockstars of Tomorrow. The drummer was a student at Rockstars of Tomorrow and got a taste of what performing in front of a audience was like!
ACMs Nominate Tigirlily Gold For Prestigious Award
Recently, the Academy of Country Music nominated Tigirlily Gold for “new duo/group” of the year. The girls are up against other duos/groups such as Neon Union and Restless Road.
The sister-duo have been playing together “since they walked.”
“Growing up, they crisscrossed the mid-west, growing a fierce fan base and selling out amphitheaters across their home-state of North Dakota,” the bio on their website states. After moving to Nashville, they landed a weekly residence at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row on Nashville’s famed lower Broadway.”

After the performance, we hosted a meet-and-greet session with our lovely listeners. The crowd loved meeting the talented singers, snapping photos with them and discussing their favorite songs with the talented ladies.
