Popular movies and television shows are always what is seen the most in the current costume trends. This year looks to be no different. The Deadpool look is also pretty easy to DIY, making it a great choice even for those on a budget. Barbie And Ken Another great choice for a couple's look is everyone's favorite two dolls. We saw this look last year with the movie's 2023 release. But Barbie is so iconic and the costumes so much fun, there's no doubt there will be plenty of each doll this year. And the best part is, the movie made all iterations of both dolls popular again, which increase costume options. Just don't forget that signature pink! Pennywise The clown that haunts all of our dreams is set to make a comeback in 2024. It has been among the most popular Halloween costumes since It was released. But a 138% rise in internet searches for the look has experts thinking we'll see a lot of them this year too. Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Yes, it's technically old news, and we saw a lot of these two last Halloween. But there's new material for fresh ideas when it comes to this year's Halloween costumes. Experts are predicting people will be dressing in Swift's Eras Tour costumes, after her massively successful run of shows this year. But there's also the added benefit of Kelce on tour with Taylor, or some Swift costume involving a lot of cats. Beetlejuice When the original film came out, we saw these costumes everywhere. The same thing is expected to happen this year with the film's sequel dropping earlier this month. And if the new film is anything like the last when it comes to inspiration, there will be a plethora of ideas to take to the streets on Halloween.
