The Las Vegas Bluegrass Festival took place at evergreen Centennial Hills Park, located at 7101 N Buffalo Dr., on Saturday, April 3, 2024.
The free event returned to bring local vendors, entertaining music and fantastic vibes. Locals from all over gathered into the spacious park to let go of their stresses and to embrace life’s greatest gifts.
Las Vegas Bluegrass Festival: Bringing Entertainment To The Park
Our very own morning show host, Shawn Stevens, and the coyote crew came out to host and celebrate. The Las Vegas Bluegrass Festival took place from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
This years feature performer is none other than singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, Rhonda Vincent! Miss Vincent was fabulous and her vocals echo’d across the park.
According to LasVegasNevada.gov, “Browse a wide array of folk art, jewelry, and other items in the artisan marketplace. Enjoy tasty barbecue, beer, other festival food and many free children’s activities.” This was the perfect time to make business and friendship connections. Vendors were able to have one-on-one time with neighbors in the community.
The BBQ was savory and delectable. Big Dogs Brewing Company was there to quench festival goers thirst with cold beer and tangy margaritas.
This was perfect for families with little ones. There was an excellent face painter who transformed kid’s into painted masterpieces. A craft area was going on where kids were able to bring home their personal creations.
The weather remained beautiful through out the day. Lawn chairs and blankets were spread out amongst the grass.
We were able to celebrate our bluegrass roots in true Coyote Country fashion.
The entertainment line-up included rock, blues and classic performances.
