Kane Brown has been working out in his massive home gym near Nashville for a few years now and recently walked by a mirror and saw himself in the "light" that he most wants to be.

Wearing black sweatpants and a tank top, Kane says in a video he posted to Insta Stories, looking into a full-length mirror, "Yo, it's crazy what lighting does. It's nuts. I wish I was this big. It would be crazy." He laughs.

He wrote over the video clip, "Getting ready for F1 and ran into this lighting." In the next slide, he posted an image of a private plane and wrote, "Heading home."

Brown's workout routine includes boxing, push-ups, air squats, and ring pull-ups. He also works out at Planet Fitness, and his home gym has commercial-grade equipment.

In a recent Planet Fitness Q & A, Kane told fans that he does drink on the road, and it can mess with his energy, but when he hits the gym, his energy rises, and he feels much better. He noted, "The best workouts are when you don't want to be there, but you still do the work anyway."

Brown recently appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show and shared a story of meeting a kid and hugging him while in concert, not knowing what the kid was experiencing until after the show.

Kelly asked him about a recent special moment with a fan at one of his concerts, and Kane responded, "I'm walking and I can't see anything and I just feel this little person beside me and so I take a picture real quick and then I keep walking and after the show, everybody's like, 'That was so sweet.' And I was like, 'What was sweet?' And I ended up reading the sign, and it was saying that he got picked on in school."

The sign read: "Bullied for the color of my skin, I just want a hug, Kane."

The singer said, "So I didn't get to read the whole sign until I got home and saw the picture, so I felt bad that I didn't sit there and talk to him. It was sweet, and I hope he remembers that. I love him if he's watching this."
