Vegas Golden Knights to Host Hero Appreciation Nights for First Responders in January 2024
The Vegas Golden Knights will hold three special nights at the T-Mobile Arena this January to celebrate local heroes. The first responder appreciation events start on January 2 for firefighters, followed by law enforcement on January 4, with a final celebration for healthcare workers on January 12.
Toshiba Plaza will host activities outside the arena, letting fans explore emergency vehicles on display and meet first responders. The VGK will also allow fans to write “My Hero I” signs and add personal thank-you messages to celebrate their heroes, according to the website.
Special guests will show up at each appreciation night, elevating the fan experience. The Knights want to highlight the many groups that serve residents around the clock.
Purchase a VGK special ticket package online to receive one of the following:
- A ticket to the January 2 game and an exclusive VGK microfiber beach towel on Firefighter Appreciation Night.

These events show the team’s ongoing support for hometown heroes. Each night, there will be an auction for a specialty jersey designed in honor of first responders, featuring a player’s number and their signature.
