Carrie Underwood has finished her "Denim & Rhinestone Tour" and is back home with her sons, husband, and ever-expanding garden.

Carrie posted a video clip to her Insta stories showing off her many tomato plants; she said in the clip, "I don't know guys, not sure if I'm gonna have enough tomatoes, (laughs) I might have overdone it." She wrote over the video, "No such thing as too many tomato plants..." In the second image of her many greenhouse plants, she wrote, "Fortunately, I won't have to wait until (tomato emoji) season b/c I have plants in the greenhouse."

Underwood said in a recent podcast interview that, on occasion, she still drives the Mustang convertible she was given as a prize for when she won American Idol when she was 18. She said, " I still have the car that I won when I won American Idol. So I have my blue Mustang. And every once in a while, something will happen where I'll have my car getting serviced or whatever, and I'll get to drive that car."

She added, "And it always makes me want to drive it more because it was such a pivotal point in my life. That was the car that I was driving around when I first moved to Tennessee, and I'm very, very glad I still have that car."

Underwood admits, "Every time I get in it, I'm always like, 'Why don't I just drive this more often?' Just because it makes me feel good."

Carrie wrapped the 43-city "Denim & Rhinestones Tour" on March 17 with a sold-out show at Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena. The tour began with a sold-out performance in Greenville, South Carolina, on October 15, 2022. The first leg continued through November and resumed in Miami in February 2023. The tour stopped at New York's Madison Square Garden, Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, and L.A.'s Crypto.com Arena.

Carrie Underwood turns the big 4-0 today (3/10) as she continues the 2023 leg of her "Denim & Rhinestones Tour." While she has a day off on her birthday, she is back on stage at a concert in Glendale, Arizona, tomorrow night (3/11).

Carrie has created her own music legacy already in country music in the last 15 years and is the most-awarded star in country music. She was most recently nominated for a 2023 CMT Music Award for Video of the Year for her video "Hate My Heart." She has won the CMT's top award (Video of the Year) a total of ten times through the years and is the show's top winner with a total of 23 wins.
