Aimee and Roman’s Favorite Soup

Tortellini Sausage Soup!

This is our favorite to make together, I will turn this baby into a cook in no time!

I am a huge fan of soup in the fall! They just put you in a cozy mood, and soups are kind of hard to mess up. That is my favorite part :)

Ingredients:

1lb of your choice of sausage (I used turkey sausage)

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped carrots

1 big can of diced tomatoes

10ISH oz heavy whipping cream

48oz chicken stock

1 1/2tbs minced garlic

Italian seasoning (I have no idea. I used a lot)

8oz cream cheese

half of a bag of baby spinach

bag of tortellini

salt/pepper

directions:

Brown your sausage then add to crock pot with onion, carrots, tomatoes, whipping cream, chicken stock, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt/pepper

Cook on low for 5 hours

Add diced up cream cheese, spinach and tortellini

Cook for another 45 on low.
