Easy Egg Muffins

If you know anything about me its that I love wine, and I love quick & easy recipes that save me time... to drink wine!

I make these egg muffins at least once a week for my whole family and everyone loves them.

This is how I make them but you can add or subtract anything you normally like in your eggs.

ingredients: 

eggs (9 eggs makes 12 muffins)

milk

cooked crumbled bacon

onion

cheese

tomatoes

garlic powder

salt pepper

directions:

preheat oven to 350

crack 9 eggs in large bowl, add about 1/2 a cup of milk salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and whisk together

equally pour the eggs into the muffin pans

then add the cooked bacon, cheese, onion & tomatoes. (you can add sausage, spinach, broccoli ..etc)

Bake for 22 minutes. Let cool before removing them.

You can eat them right away or meal prep them for the week!
