Coyote Country underwent a lot of growing pains in 2023 but our team persevered and came out on top. Shawn Stevens, Paul Knight and Ransom Garcia are resilient. As this year comes to a close, we want to remember our TOP 10 most amazing moments with you. We can’t be who we are without you, our coyote pack listeners. YOU helped us get through many ups and downs and because of your unwavering love we thought it would be great to revisit some great times that we shared together.
It was a busy year for team Coyote Country as we continued our legacy in providing you the best hits in country music.
We hosted and participated in many events but here are a few that stood out for us:
Our very own, Handsome Ransom and promotions queen, Taya Williams host the best party in Vegas at Gilley’s Saloon, Dance-Hall & Bar-B-Que every Monday Night for Industry Mondays. Not only do they bring the heat with ticket giveaways but they also introduced some entertaining acts in 2023. We surprised our listeners with performances and meet and greets by Tyler Braden, Kolby Cooper, Chayce Beckham, Danielle Bradberry, Breland, and many many more. It’s your continued support that allows us to create memorable experiences.
The Coyote Pack likes to party from time-to-time, as many of you know. Shawn and Ransom hosted a night of beer education, laughter with super-cool giveaways at Chicago Brewing Company. This was the perfect way to start off the year with you, our dedicated P1s. We will be having more parties in 2024, don’t you worry.
Shawn Stevens and Ransom Garcia not only raised funds but scaled 108 floors for Scale The Strat! We loved being able to raise awareness for the American Lung Association. This is a very important cause and dear to our hearts.
We were more than happy to partner up with Clark County Parks and Recreation for the Great Northwest Country Fest! The intimate setting and perfect weather were the cherry on top of the talented performances from Randy Ray Rogan, Elvis Monroe, Ryland Whyte Maloney, The Rhyolite Sound and Frank Ray. Plus, there was free BBQ from John Mull’s Meats & Road Kill Grill.
The Coyote crew, Shawn Stevens and Ransom Garcia got to host and hang out at the Tacos and Tamales Festival! The Lucha Libre Wresting was a highlight moment for us. We loved seeing you and being able to catch up. We are more than pumped for Tacos and Tamales Festival 2024.
Coyote Country teamed up with Red Rock Resort & Spa for a sold out performance by Dustin Lynch and Jackson Dean. The Sandbar Pool was packed with excited fans from one end to the other. Shawn Stevens, Paul Knight and Ransom Garcia hosted and kept the party alive for country music fans all around.
Shawn and Ransom broadcasted LIVE from the rooftop of BrewDog for the Vegas Golden Knights parade. We got to celebrate our players and city on the BIG Stanley Cup win. #GoKnightsGo #WinCity
We gave away tickets to many of your favorite shows including: Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, and many many other talented artists. We loved making you happy with many chances to win family four-packs to the Disneyland Resort.
Halloween was even bigger this year for us. We teamed up with our sister stations and Clark County Parks and Recreation to host Monster Mash at The Crossing Church. We witnessed fabulous costumes, lots of candy and our community coming together for a night of fun.
Paws In The Park returned for it’s second annual at Desert Breeze Park. We couldn’t have done it without NSPCA and Clark County Parks and Recreation. Special thank you to The702Firm, Cameron Law and Eric Roy. Over 50 dogs got adopted from our event which warms our heart.
At the end of every year we get to celebrate the best events in Vegas surrounding the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. We hosted 52 events during a 10 day period with official watch and after parties with ticket giveaways, refreshing beer, finger licking bbq and our love for all things rodeo. We survived and are so thankful to have been on the ride with you. A special shout out to Cowboy Channel, Wrangler, Silverton Casino Lodge, Whiskey Licker Up Saloon, Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que and BrewDog.
