How Many People From Nevada Died In Combat?

Since the Iraq War and the War in Afghanistan, over 50 Nevadans have died in combat or are listed in Nevada’s Book of Fallen Heroes.

The list grows even longer when it comes to the Civil War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Along with this, many of the causalities involve men from 19 to 25 years old. It’s quite powerful to realize that much of our country’s freedom is due to men that barely experienced adulthood.
