A study by sleep doctors came up with 9 things  to or not do to get better sleep:

  • Don’t watch the news
  • Avoid working in bed
  • Don’t work out at night
  • Steer clear of tense conversations
  • Absolutely do not consume caffeine
  • Try to avoid drinking alcohol
  • Don’t use electronic devices (without a blue light filter)
  • Don’t keep the lights in their home turned up bright
  • Don’t spend a long time awake in bed
