Lainey Wilson Will Appear In Super Bowl Commercial
Lainey Wilson is on top of the country music world. And she’s about to get even more exposure, as she appears in a Super Bowl commercial for Coors Light, which will sponsor part of her 2024 “Country’s Cool Again” tour. The tour launches May 31 at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater.
Lainey told Billboard about the new commercial that millions will see on Super Bowl Sunday (2/11). The new Coors Light ad will feature the return of the Coors Light Chill Train.
Wilson said, “I think my family’s going to freak out when they see me on a commercial during the Super Bowl. It was such a dream to be in my first big game day and just help reintroduce the Coors Light iconic Chill Train to bring a little bit of that chill that everybody needs.”
The ad will feature Lainey in a scene in the middle of a photo shoot when the Coors Light Chill Train whizzes by, leaving Wilson in the frost.

Wilson said that in the commercial, she is doing a photo shoot with “my old trusty guitar” as well as a horse that Coors Light hooked her up with.
She noted that she filmed the cameo at Los Angeles’ Paramount Studio, where she had some “really cool” frosted makeup effects. She also said they got some “fake snow” in her hair and eyelashes. She added that she loved doing something “that I’ve never done.”
Billboard also asked Lainey who she would be rooting for at this year’s Super Bowl, which she will be attending. She would not say if she wanted to see the Kansas City Chiefs or the San Francisco 49ers win. She did offer that she would be “wearing red either way” at the big game. Wilson added that she did get to meet [Chiefs players] Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes when they came to her show last summer, and they were both “really great people.” So, if she had had to choose, “it might be them.”
