Luke Combs’s Wife Says She ‘Gave Up’ Trying To Conceive Tex
As Luke Combs’s wife Nicole awaits the birth of the couple’s second baby boy while her husband is touring Australia, she answered fan questions on her Insta Stories this week. In her latest fan questions installment, she responded to questions about the new baby coming soon, struggles to conceive, and addressed the rumor that Combs has shaved his head.
One fan asked how she kept in “good head space” while trying to conceive Tex. Nicole said, “If I’m being honest. I completely gave up and accepted it – then I got pregnant. I have zero advice because I was not in a good headspace.”
She added, “My doctor said you could stress yourself out of ovulating, so I think once I gave up and stopped tracking everything, I stopped overthinking. I know it’s not easy for everyone (not that it was easy, lol), but don’t be afraid to express your concerns with your doctors and try not to be discouraged (heart emoji).”
Another fan asked if the couple had a name for the new baby on the way. She said, not revealing what the name was, “We do! We had to pick before Luke left for NZ/Aus, just in case.”

One fan even asked about a rumor that Luke shaved his head like Morgan Wallen did. Nicole responded, “No law. Please stop believing everything you see on the internet. I wasn’t going to address this but so many questions about it. lol.”
She then advised, “Read actual articles, not just headlines, and remember anyone can photoshop anything.”
Combs recently announced his “Growin’ Up And Gettin’ Old” U.S. Tour with dates from April 2024 through August.
Luke talked with us about touring stadiums, which he started in 2023. He’s also been touring for years and has learned a thing or two about how to make his fans feel special. He told us, “You know, when we’re doing a show like this, whether it’s going over ticket pricing or picking openers or picking cities. I mean, we try to think of them first at every turn, truly.”
