Bam Margera Fights for Relationship with Son Amidst Estranged Wife’s Drama
Bam Margera, known for his wild stunts and reality TV fame, is seeking to build a bond with his son Phoenix despite the ongoing drama with his estranged wife, Nikki. However, Nikki’s actions have hindered any chance for father and son to connect.
According to Bam’s lawyer, Peter W. Thompson, Nikki has cut off all communication channels between Bam and their son, including FaceTime and phone conversations. It has been over two months since Bam and Phoenix last spoke, back on March 29, when Bam made the effort to see his child during a visit to California.
Unfortunately, that particular day turned sour when footage surfaced of Bam yelling at Nikki while she was having lunch with Phoenix at a restaurant in Burbank. Adding to the complexity, Bam reportedly has Christmas presents for Phoenix that he hasn’t been able to give to him.
Bam’s legal team argues that it is “completely unreasonable” for Nikki to refuse the calls, especially when it is safe for Phoenix to communicate with his father via phone or FaceTime. Despite Bam’s attempts to bring his concerns to a judge, his pleas were overlooked.
In Nikki’s defense, she stated that Bam can see their baby as long as he is in California and sober. Her lawyer further explained that Nikki finds it challenging to facilitate a connection between Bam and Phoenix due to Bam’s ongoing instability. However, Nikki remains open to regular FaceTime communication, as long as Bam is not impaired and refrains from denigrating Nikki during the calls.
The situation continues to unfold, highlighting the difficulties faced by Bam Margera in his pursuit of maintaining a relationship with his son amidst a troubled relationship with his estranged wife.
