Universal’s Mario Kart Ride Has Controversial Size Requirement
Planning to visit Universal Hollywood’s new Super Nintendo World? You might need to shed a few pounds first.
The area’s main attraction, the Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge ride, has a size requirement – warning that guests “whose waistline is at least 40” might not be able to fit.
Fans are already criticizing the requirement on social media – pointing out that 40 inches is the average waist measurement in the U.S.
Super Nintendo World is scheduled to open Feb. 17th.
