Miranda Lambert is expanding her enterprise with the announcement of her very first cookbook, Miranda Lambert: Y'ALL EAT YET? Welcome to The Pretty B*tchin' Kitchen, which will be out on April 25, 2023.

In the new book, Lambert will take readers deeper into her life off stage, on her farm, and on the road, and sharing her beloved Airstream trailers, her signature fashion sense, and her decorating style.

Miranda said of the new book in a press release, "Watching my mom and her friends, I saw the way pitching in, working together, loving music, and being there for each other is the greatest gift you can have in life." She added, "I think my mom inherited that gift from her mom because they both attracted the most awesome group of girlfriends."

Handed down from her mom, grandma, and those cherished friends, recipes in the new book will include:

  • Nonny's Banana Pudding
  • Paw Paw's Bar-B-Que Sauce
  • The LOAF, a.k.a. "the meal that will get the ring"
  • Dutch Oven (Coffee Can) Campfire Cobbler
  • Stacked Enchilada Bake
  • Jalapeño Pimento Cheese
  • Roasted Root Vegetable Winter Salad
  • Whiskey Cupcakes

Meanwhile, Lambert is back in Las Vegas for shows on her Velvet Rodeo Residency at Planet Hollywood. She posted to Instagram over the weekend, along with several images of herself, her husband, and friends in Sin City, "Had a few fun days off wanderin' around Vegas! Now back to work tonight! #VelvetRodeo."

Last week (12/1), while performing her headlining residency at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Miranda announced that her "Miranda Lambert: Velvet Rodeo The Las Vegas Residency" has been extended through the end of 2023 due to fan demand. The 16 new shows will take place in July, November, and December 2023.

April 2023: 1, 2, 6, 8, 9

Miranda Lambert is one of country music’s most enduring stars. For over 15 years, she’s consistently knocked out hit singles on the country charts, starting with “Kerosene” in 2005 all the way up through this year’s “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home).” And she's got a lot of range: “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)” – a dance-floor friendly duet with pop singer Elle King – came out within months of her acoustic trio album with Jack Ingram and Jon Randall. We listened to songs from that album (’The Marfa Tapes’), her albums with her *other* trio, the Pistol Annies, her collaborations with other artists, and – of course – her solo albums to come up with this list of her best songs ever, in honor of her 38th birthday.

She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s. Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
