Will Jeff Bezos And Jay-Z Buy The Commanders?
It looks like Washington Commanders are for sale – and their next owner could be none other than Jeff Bezos.
The Amazon founder is reportedly “looking into buying the Washington Commanders”, according to a report at People.com.
The same report also suggests Bezos might partner with Jay-Z to buy the team.
With a net worth of $115 billion, Bezos would be the wealthiest owner in the NFL.
Earlier this week, embattled Commanders owner Dan Snyder hired Bank of America to help explore “possible transactions” involving the Commanders.
Do you think the rumor is true? If Bezos buys an NFL team, what would it mean for Amazon and its NFL broadcast package?
