Taylor Swift Unveils 3 Curated Playlists: 'Quill,' 'Fountain' & 'Glitter Gel' Pen Songs

Taylor Swift spoke about her songwriting “pens” at the Nashville Songwriter Awards.

Swift categorizes her songs as "Fountain Pen," "Quill Pen," or "Glitter Gel Pen," and each pen has a different significance.

Taylor curated three playlists containing songs from Folklore, Evermore, Lover, Fearless (Taylor's Version), and Red (Taylor's Version). Swift says most of her lyrics came from "Fountain Pen," modern personal stories written like poetry about times you remember in screaming detail.

"Quill Pen" has "Willow," "Red," and "Carolina," which she composed for the July film Where the Crawdads Sing. "Glitter Gel Pen" includes "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," "You Need to Calm Down," and "You Belong With Me."

What is your favorite Taylor "pen"?

What is your tipping point? We have all had those social media "friends" who post things that make you wonder "why am I even friends with this person?"
Do you choose to unfollow them, or do you just get rid of them completely?
If you have unfriended someone, what pushed you over the edge?
Do you feel bad when someone unfriends you?
Do you have people on your friend list that you wonder how they got there?

Taylor Swift came to Nashville to follow her musical dreams as a young teen and turned country music upside down with her amazing success before she jetted off to the pop music world. But it was country music where she started.

On her 32nd birthday today (12/13), we take a look at 13 of Taylor’s finest country music songs.
