Carrie Underwood is days away from kicking off her "Denim & Rhinestones" tour, and she posted a few images on her Insta stories, one of which showed preparation for the tour.
Carrie first posted an image of a tree on her Tennessee farm changing to fall colors with a flag pole and an American flag in the background. She wrote on the photo, "Fall at the farm..." Underwood then posted an image of her hand with freshly painted hot pink fingernails. She captioned that image, "Tour nails by @the_jen_of_all_trades."
She also posted a fun video of her rehearsing for the tour on her Instagram, wearing a Wham! tank top and a sweatshirt in some shots that reads, "Freedom." Carrie wrote with the video clip, "10 days away! #DenimAndRhinestonesTour carrieunderwoodofficial.com/tour."
Fans are excited about the tour, with one fan responding to her post, "Get it, girl!! Your hair looks amazing! Feels weird we won't see you in so cal!" Another fan commented, "I CANT WAIT. I hope you do something like with "Champion" in your last tour… where a fan gets to sing with you." One more fan gushed, "OKAY, NOW I'M FREAKING OUT."
As Carrie told us, she loves to prep for a concert tour, "I think my favorite parts of putting a new tour together is the anticipation. I love rehearsals as well. I feel like it's like a show with no pressure, no audience, and we just kind of get to play music and do all that stuff, and it's fun, and so I really, I enjoy rehearsals."
Underwood will kick off the trek, featuring Jimmie Allen, on October 15th in Greenville, South Carolina, making stops in 43 U.S. cities, including New York's Madison Square Garden, Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, and L.A.'s Crypto.com Arena before concluding in Seattle, Washington March 17th.
Carrie Underwood turns the big 4-0 today (3/10) as she continues the 2023 leg of her "Denim & Rhinestones Tour." While she has a day off on her birthday, she is back on stage at a concert in Glendale, Arizona, tomorrow night (3/11).
Carrie has created her own music legacy already in country music in the last 15 years and is the most-awarded star in country music. She was most recently nominated for a 2023 CMT Music Award for Video of the Year for her video "Hate My Heart." She has won the CMT's top award (Video of the Year) a total of ten times through the years and is the show's top winner with a total of 23 wins.
As we celebrate all things Underwood on her big day, we take a look at 22 of what we believe are her best songs ranked.
