Hats Off: Man Jumps Into Water To Save Baby Ejected From Car Accident

Jeff & Aimee are giving a Hats Off to the biggest hero in Ocean City, Maryland!

After a horrific car accident on Route 90 bridge over Maryland’s Assawoman Bay, Jonathan Bauer selflessly jumped into the water to save a two-year-old that was ejected as a result of the crash.

"He just pointed down at the water and when I looked over I saw the car seat... and then about six feet away from the car seat was a little girl. She was on her back, completely floating, head completely out of the water, arms moving, legs kicking, and a little pink dress," said Bauer in a press conference.

Minutes after the accident a pontoon boat arrived to help Jonathan and the baby. Thankfully, all eight people who were involved in the car accident have been released from the hospital.
