Dolly Parton is still planning to pose for Playboy on her 75th birthday in January of 2021. Dolly told Australia's 60 Minutes in March of 2020 that she was thinking about the idea of posing once again in the men's magazine as she did back in 1978.

Parton told Aussie correspondent Tom Steinfort, “Well, I don’t plan to retire. I just turned 74, [and] I plan to be on the cover of Playboy magazine.”

A 32-year old Dolly first graced the cover of Hugh Hefner’s iconic men’s mag back in 1978. The cover featured the superstar sporting serious cleavage in the signature Playboy bunny costume — ears, bow-tie, cuffs and all.

Dolly revealed over the weekend (10/3) that she indeed is in talks with Playboy to pose for the iconic magazine to celebrate her 75th birthday.

She told the BBC's Scott Mills & Chris Stark show, "Yeah, I just might do it, if I can do it in good taste and they want it [and] we'll do it along with a really good interview inside. So, yeah, we've talked about it."

Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of. In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think. She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s. Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
