I really felt like chicken parm yesterday but didn’t feel like cutting, pounding out, flowering the chicken. Chicken parm is a family favorite but it really takes so much work.
The whole family really wanted it (which never happens) so I decided to experiment with a ‘cutting corners chicken parm’.
Ingredients:
* Any number of panko breaded frozen chicken strips from Costco (if you know, you know they are amazing!) link to chicken strips
* Marinara sauce
* Mozzarella cheese
* Parmigiana cheese
* Spaghetti noodles
Directions:
* Cook the chicken strips according to package. I put them in the air fryer because its quick.
* When chicken is done put them on a baking sheet and spoon the marinara sauce on top of them. (I normally just do enough to cover them and save the rest of the jar for the pasta.)
* Smother them with cheese and pop them in the oven on 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly. (About 15 mins)
* Cook spaghetti noodles according to package.
**ENJOY!!!!
IT REALLY IS THAT EASY!
